COVID-19 Update

 

To our valued families,

As the ongoing COVID situation continues to impact all Australians, we are following all Government guidelines and have the highest levels of protocols in place to ensure we maintain a COVID Safe environment.

 

Whilst funerals currently only have minor restrictions, like many businesses we are impacted at short notice when staff are directed to undertake COVID testing when deemed to be a close contact. As the COVID case numbers continue to rise, this means that the number of people requiring testing also rises.

If you or your household are isolating or have COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you continue to isolate to ensure the safety of others. We kindly ask that you do not attend a funeral service, visit a funeral home to make arrangements, attend a viewing, pick up ashes and anything else that requires face to face contact.

Our Funeral Directors will work with you to arrange an alternative way to meet your needs.

We are doing everything possible to ensure there is no impact to any funeral services in our care, however we ask for your understanding if our teams have to make adjustments at short notice.
