Religious & cultural funerals
We are experienced in arranging services that reflect a wide range of beliefs, traditions and cultural backgrounds.
We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide calm, practical support when you need it most.
We’re very sorry for your loss. When someone passes away, it can be difficult to know what to do next.
If your loved one has died at home, a doctor will need to be contacted to confirm the passing. If they are in a hospital or aged care facility, staff will guide you through the initial steps. Emergency services can also assist if they are present.
Once this has been done, you can contact our South Grafton team at any time. We’ll explain what happens next in clear, simple terms and arrange to bring your loved one into our care.

We’ll help you make arrangements and take care of the necessary paperwork, including working with local cemeteries and crematoria.
Bring family and friends together to honour your loved one. We can support with venue selection, catering and hosting.
Compile your favourite photos, videos and stories of your loved one to play at the service or reception.
Include those who can’t attend in person with live-streaming and recording options thanks to our partner, OneRoom.
